La forme "granulés" est très pratique (pas de grosses gélules difficiles à avaler ou de liquide pas très bon). Une nuit sans réveil... A voir sur le long terme mais je suis satisfaite de ce premier essai. Le bémol : le flacon peu pratique pour "distribuer" les 3 à 4 granules à prendre.

Aucune efficacité. Est-ce la formule granule? pour moi ça ne marche pas du tout. De plus la forme granule en flacon n'est pas pratique. Je l'ai choisis parce que sans alcool, mais aucune efficacité pour moi.
